Varsity practice will run 6:15 am-8:45 am Monday-Friday. Athletes will have time to shower/eat at the pool before 2nd period. Transportation to the pool is the responsibility of the athlete. For student athletes that do not drive, a bus will pick-up at the pool and drive to Hebron. Students are not permitted to drive other students per LISD rules.
JV practice will run 2:30 pm-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. For student athletes that do not drive, a bus will bring athletes to the pool from Hebron. Transportation from the pool is the responsibility of the athlete.
Required equipment: practice suit, swim cap, and goggles.
Recommended: mesh bag, kickboard, pull buoy, long fins, and hand paddles. If you don't have personal equipment, loaners can be provided by the coach for athlete use.

Meet suits and team caps will be issued and provided by the team prior to the start of the season.
Various events will be held throughout the swim and dive season to encourage team building and boost morale. These events are a great way for the athletes to hang out together outside of practice and meets.

Families are expected to sign up for a minimum of 4 volunteer spots throughout the swim and dive season. Meets are run by volunteers ONLY and we need your help!!
